I also had Chat GPT check the driver. It also said I need to have at least 3- 5 minutes in a bathroom.
***It fires the light my bathroom light fine, it just will not keep the bathroom light on. It acts more like a motion then a Presence Sensor. That is my problem.

The rule in the doc above is for the weekend: 4 minutes
Weekdays: 5 minutes
Both turn off while we are in the bathroom. Just wondering why it keeps turning off?
Kitchen: Linptech Human Presence Sensor. Works Great! I like the R2 - Thirdreality Presence because it is wireless. If you think there is no way to get it to work I still have time to return it. Please give me your thoughts.

I would check the device events. if the device reports motion is inactive then it sounds like the rule is behaving exactly how you set it up.
While you are in the device events you should also check if it reports presence. For your use case with this device, presence could be better for turning the light off.
Unless there’s been a fundamental change to how this particular driver works, this mmW device (like all others) will report "motion” (not presence). AFAIK, the “presence” attribute is still exclusively reserved for home-vs-away sort of stuff (on most/all smarthome platforms, not just Hubitat).
For OP, I’d check to make sure the device is on its latest available firmware, and then re-verify that all available device-level parameters are set as desired.
Okay- I am going to return it. Thanks again for all your help.
My kitchen one works perfectly and I have it set up the same way. The only problem I thought it might be was the driver. And I had Chat GPT check it found some errors and I fixed them. Paid a lot of money for something to just act like a motion.
If you chick on the attachment there’s a lot of information there including the log information
