My THIRDREALITY Zigbee Smart Color Bulb ZL1 was working fine but suddenly stopped receiving ON commands. Any ideas on how to fix this.
Hey Tom, did you try power cycling the bulb? My ecosmart, sengled, Eria and 3rd reality bulbs occasionally need a power cycle to work again.(replaced all but the ecosmart for that reason)
How long was the bulb working correctly for? You could also try to pair it again, in place, without removing the existing bulb entry.
I can confirm the ZL1 will fix itself if you power cycle (although rare for me).
