Just purchased a ThirdReality zigbee water leak sensor and can’t get it to pair with my C-5. I have 4 Sengled zigbee bulbs, a GoConrol zigbee outlet, and a Schlage zigbee door lock that I have no problems with. I’ve factory reset the sensor multiple times and tried pairing by using the device name and generic zigbee and neither method pairs, it just times out. I’ve tried at least 10 times with no luck. From what I’ve read many people have had no problems with this device, not sure what else I can try?
