I paired a Third Reality Contact Sensor with my Hubitat Hub. It doesn't show the device's current state of closed or open under the information in the device list. I tested the sensor on my office Hubitat and it worked fine. Now at home I can't get the sensor to work. I bought 2 at the same time. Both do the same. My Zigbee radio is working. I have Hue outlets as repeaters and Hue motion sensors. All that works fine. I have the contact sensor within 20 ft of the hub. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Click configure on the device page and activate the sensor at the same time.
I noticed that the hub read that it was "Low on memory and needed resetting".
After the reset, the contact sensors began working correctly.
