Thermostat to control a switch. Need Help in rule machine

Hello,

I'm pretty new at all of this. I need help setting up a rule that turns on/off an outlet when virtual thermostat when it changes from cooling to idle. This is being used to control a window AC unit. I have an Aotec multisensor 6 feeding temp to the virtual thermostat.

I have gotten it to work by setting up the trigger as themostat mode changes and the action as toggle outlet. The problem with this is that if someone manually turns on the outlet the rule works backwards.

I just need to:
turn on outlet when thermostat state = cooling
turn off outlet when thermostat state = idle

Ya I did that same rule and it wasn't working. I got it to work by using "not" cooling as operating state instead of idle...
