Thermostat Scheduler with conditions?

Is it possible to work with a condition in Thermostat Scheduler?

for example, when a person is setting the thermostat to 20° on time 10:00, the Thermostat Scheduler will go in weekdays on 17:00 + in the weekend on 12:00 to 17°.

I only want to go to 17° when the setpoint is lower than 17°

What is the best way to achieve this?

You can use Rule Machine to set Thermostat Scheduler. And it can have those conditions to determine how to set it.
