We bought a house with an older Elan G! system and I am moving to HE because I want control and don't want to pay for every little change I want to make. The old system has the thermostats for the 2 main HVAC systems sitting next to the HVAC units in the utility closet with remote temperature sensors. I need to replace them with something that is compatible with HE. The key issue is that they need to be ale to use remote sensors and be fully controlled within the HE system.
The only one I have found that looks like it will work so far is the Honeywell T6 Pro Z-Wave. Are there any other suggestions?
To add to that, I haven't dug into the HE thermostat control area yet, but can I have a dashboard control that allows me to do temporary settings changes on the fly?
