The WiFi Driver Install on C-7 runs, it pops up the blue success box, then it disappears

There are numerous posts on this issue, but none of them solve my problem. I have the suggested TP Link Nano dongle connected, i have rebooted several times, it still says Wifi drivers not installed, even though it appears they were successfully installed.

Could try:

http://<hubIPaddress>/hub/advanced/installDriver/all

I am working on a project with my old C7 hub, which I reset (It had no Zigbee/Zwave devices & I did the "Soft Reset" deleting past logs).

Since I expect I'll need to use WiFi with this project, I tried installing the WiFi drivers and, as mentioned above, I got the blue "Installed" line which promptly disappeared. I rebooted. It continues to say the drivers aren't installed.

I tried the link above--and get this: Driver missing or invalid

None of the logs seem to show anything (like, they are totally empty)

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Do you have the WiFi dongle plugged in? If not, try plugging it in, and redo the endpoint.

Ah, not yet. I was trying to get it ready ahead of time.

Thanks
