The Hub Refuse to connect

I am trying to set up the Hub 1st time... The PC finds the hub but I get this error says

This site can’t be reached

172.16.0.6 refused to connect.

Try:

If I try to connect from iPod / app. it will spin forever and will not connect to the hub... What can I do to get hub up?

What is the color of the LED on the front of the Hubitat? Is it red, blue, or green?
