I’ve got one RGBW ZigBee bulb that Alexa consistently refuses to acknowledge that Hubitat has successfully altered. Because of its placement and use, voice control is the best solution. I’ve got several Alexa’s and just one Google device (for playing with). The google device has no problems. We use all RGBW commands (on/off, level changes and color change).
So...what is the best practice to get Alexa to respond reliably?
