We’re pleased to offer the Remote Admin feature, which provides enhanced access to your hubs' administrative interface from anywhere outside your Local Area Network (LAN). With Remote Admin, you can remotely manage and configure your hubs—adjusting rules, apps, device information, and settings—all from any browser with an internet connection.
The Remote Admin service is available in two subscription options: a monthly plan for $2.99 per month, with the first month free, or an annual plan for $29.99.
If you're currently on the monthly plan, we've made it simple to upgrade to the annual plan, which saves you the cost of two months of service each year. To upgrade, visit my.hubitat.com. On the My Account page, select "Subscriptions," then click "View" next to your monthly service. In the product details section, you'll see a new "Upgrade" button. Select "Upgrade," choose the yearly subscription, and follow the checkout process to complete your upgrade.
As @marktheknife suggested, there is no incremental price for Remote Admin service. One subscription is good for every hub registered with the same account (up to 10 active hubs).
@bobbyD - is there a service plan for having more than 10 active hubs or would one create a new acct. & and purchase an additional Remote Admin subscription service in 10 hub increments? Other?
That product itself (the bundle) doesn't have an incremental price. Unlike the Remote Admin service, which is licensed per account, Hub Protect license is for each hub since its main feature is to extend the warranty of the individual hub.
We do offer a discount for protecting additional hubs for $19.99/year, once you've purchased a Hub Protect license (individually or as part of a bundle). The Hub Protect discount is automatically applied during the check out.
