Texts from a different phone number

I occasionally get texts from a phone number rather than the standard HE source. Today I got a text from both sources at the same time, it came from (575) 205-5106

Thoughts on why and is there any way to stop it?

I limited the text usage, now I only use it for intrusion(with Pushover too), for everything else I use Pushover. Maybe is a provider issue that forgets to hide the real phone number. It doesn't bother me, is not common intruders inside the house.
