Working on a couple dashboards and stumbled across what may be a potentially repetable bug...
Added a new tile with no device and "Text" as the template. Text is set to "test link - install here"
Saving/using the dashboard is fine. However, clone fails and export shows 0 bytes. Removing this tile seems to fix things up just fine. If I create same way and highlight any device for the text box, it goes back to exporting.
My theory is that a device is required, but is not enforced in the UI. That said, it doesn't make sense for a text box to require a device. Preference is that we fix the export/clone to work with no device vs force the use of a non-applicable device.
Have been able to replicate on one or two of my dashboards. Don't see any errors in logs (where would export or clone related be listed?)
Tested against 2.3.7 & 2.3.8 lines
