Tech support process

How does Hubitat handle tech support issues requiring access to the controller? Some systems have a method to allow remote access to a controller by tech support, but I did not find any method in the HE menus.

The support team does have some diagnostic tools not available to end users but for details it's probably a question best addressed by @bobbyD.

Our commitment to protect our users' personal privacy, limits our means to remotely access their system, however, upon a support inquiry, we can retrieve an engineering log that shows errors related to the hardware and platform, as long as the hub is connected to the cloud.
