Tado connect problem

Hi newbie here well ive just got myself a c8 pro and after a evening yesterday and morning of frustration (hubitat stuck on blue light) which turned out to be a corrupt device (how i dont know was new in box) so finally up and running except it wont connect to tado connect keeps saying my user name or password are incorrect for tado (there not) and my govee gu10 bulbs are not supported im only after a few simple automations so happy to purchase bulbs ect just only had the tado trvs and thermostat wired into boiler for a month thought it was a bit of a upgrade to hive sorry about the long post any help would great thanks

I use Tado and it is working OK for me.
The app version I'm using is:-
22/11/2023 v2.9 Adjusted to OAuth 2 authentication flow
Are you using this version?
Have you loaded all the drivers that are required?
As for your user id and password, I'm not sure what to say. I'm using the same userid and password in the Tado connect app that I use for my Tado app on my phone and it logs me in OK.

Hi thanks for the reply i added all drivers that are there and as for 0auth 2 i couldnt say i have clicked the 0auth that was there is there any chance you would have a link for the one you are using again thanh you for your help and like above i am a total newbie to this kind of stuff

I'm not sure you are going to believe this, but mine stopped working this afternoon.
I'll investigate later.

Did you enable oAuth when you installed the Tado (connect) app?

Hi yes i did enable 0auth on tado connect app again thanks and hopefully you get yours back up and running soon

I'll pm you the code I'm using. I'd be interested if yours works OK. I'm getting errors in the logs. It may be a Tado issue.

Hello @bobbles, if you were able to get this to work, I'd be keen to see your solution, too. Feeling kind of bereft without Tado Connect.

I've given up with Tado and moved on to Hive.
No Hive hub required which means it is all local.
I have lost Tado presence sensing which was 100% accurate but I was usin Owntracks in conjunction with Tado so I have presence covered.
I have it working OK for my heating.
I'll keep my Tado kit as a backup should I need it.
Sorry but I can't help with Tado.
