Another thing you can try is to change the Hubitat hub's Zigbee Channel. Some devices seem to have trouble with certain channels. I am using Zigbee channel 20 and it seems to work well with everything I have thrown at it. Originally, my channel was something like 25 or 26. I could not get certain SmartThings branded devices to pair with Hubitat. Once I changed to 20, everything has been working very well.
