I cannot get the Hubitat to pair with this bulb. I have no problem pairing it with my Wink 2 hub. I have reset the bulb. When I turn it on it flashes Red, Green, Blue, White then stays on White. That is pairing mode. I have set it right next to the hub and left it searching for devices for over 10 min. Still does not find the bulb. It is on the compatible hardware list. Is their something special you have to do to get it to connect?
No need for 10 min pairing sessions. If it does not pair in the first 30 seconds, it’s not going to. If you have other smart bulbs near by, try unscrewing them. That’s an Osram under the hood and if you have other Osrams or even another hub nearby, it could be interfering with the pairing.
Make sure you delete it from the Wink hub, and try unplugging the Wink, then reset the bulb.
Some people have no problem with the Osram and their associated brands, but I had a lot of trouble with the one I tried. Returned it.
Another thing you can try is to change the Hubitat hub's Zigbee Channel. Some devices seem to have trouble with certain channels. I am using Zigbee channel 20 and it seems to work well with everything I have thrown at it. Originally, my channel was something like 25 or 26. I could not get certain SmartThings branded devices to pair with Hubitat. Once I changed to 20, everything has been working very well.
