I successfully paired a Sylvania RGBW Bulb to my C-7. I set its default color and can turn it On/Off. What I next want to do is change its color within a Rule. Any who has one of these devices have an example of how to do this?

One way is to create an action to "Set color and level". This is found within the "Set Dimmers and Bulbs" option in the Action dropdown list.

@craigspree... thanks for your example, it was very helpful. One additional question, do you know if I can set the color, level, etc in a Group as well?

Yes. I have a group "Color Decorations" that I use for just this purpose.
