Sylvania outlet with 1/30/19 update?

After doing today’s update (or the latest update as I haven’t directly logged into the hub for a week or so) everything seemed normal

I then added 2 sylvania smart outlets and one of them I just can’t seem to get working right. It appears fine when I go into the device itself and turn on or off, but using dashboard or sharptools the device can be turned on it off but it hangs in dashboard (greyed out icon) when trying to turn off.

I have more troubleshooting to do tomorrow, but this is an odd one. I moved the device closer to the hub and it seems to work but the location it should be in isn’t farther away than other devices.

Besides pulling the logs, any suggestions?

What other devices? Not necessarily the plug is routing through those devices.

Did you paired the plug in the final location or near the hub and then you moved it to the final location?

Had another lamp late last night do the same thing. Dashboard button seemed to be unresponsive and not updating condition of the bulb

Original switch was paired in its original location
