Came across what may be obscure information for resetting an older Zigbee light bulb. Most Osram and Sylvania Zigbee bulbs are reset using 5 power cycles. However, the Sylvania 74165 is an older style of B30 bulb, and it requires 8 power cycles rather than 5. I found this Belkin page describing a BR30 smart bulb reset and, sure enough, this worked for the Sylvania 74165.
