Like when I access homebridge it’s still the 3b ip address not the newer 4. Do I need to update portainer somehow? Even portainer is still accessed through the old ip address
Why not just switch the rpi 4 to the old ip?
That's the easiest answer. Re-ip the 3b, move the 4 to the old 3b's address.
