Has anyone found a work around for the Matter buttons on switchbot's universal remote. The 4 buttons show up in hubitat but the switchbot app isn't showing the matter button options.
I'm guessing this is down to switchbot seen as the only offical intergrationis with apple but it's worth asking.
Yep! A Matter device that only work with Apple. It's a piece of crap.
Switchbot claim it is the fault of others not using the "remote" device support in matter. Does that mean we just need someone within hubitat to develop the proper driver for it?
I don't have Homekit, but am curious if the buttons/switches that show up in hubitat update/show presses if homekit has enabled them on the remote side. If that makes sense.
