SwitchBot reliability

I am curious on everyone else's experience with reliability with the SwitchBot products. I bought a couple of their Bots, the Door lock and the mini hub because I just moved into a rental house. I am definitely disappointed & would guess I have 85% reliability that when I activate a bot or the lock that either actually works and the percentage is probably less than that. This is whether I am using community integration or working straight from the SwitchBot app so it's not an HE issue. For those of you that have trustworthy reliability with their devices, any suggestions?

It's been almost 3 years without a response LOL but I am also having some reliability issues with Switchbot. I am currently using the Matter integration - setup through Smartthings as the controller to generate the matter code for Hubitat.

I have a few Switchbot devices - curtain rod 3, thermo-hygrometer, hub 2, some contact sensors. The curtains don't always work when I command from Hubitat. The thermo-hygrometer doesn't show the correct current values.

I'm going to try the non-matter integration to see if it's any better. Does anyone else have similar experience?

I am using 5 Curtain Rod 3 and 2 Switch Bots without single problem. Everything is controlled by Hubitat but integrated via Home Assistant.
