Switch showing in HomeKit that’s not in Hubitat

I have a device switch showing in HomeKit that I didn’t create in Hubitat but it is assigned as a Hubitat accessory. See the two screenshots. The first is Hubitat HomeKit integration app showing 5 items synced. The second photo is HomeKit Hubitat hub showing six items with the switch circled. How can I get rid of this ghost switch? It does show up in a room but doesn’t control anything.

From the Hubitat HomeKit Integration documentation:

Seems like you need to reconfigure the integration app.

@aaiyar is correct - to add a bit more color, make sure this option is deselected (as shown here) if you don't want that switch in HK -- this section is at the bottom of your HK integration page.
