Title says it. If possible, have "Swap Apps Devices" include room assignments.
Just throwing this out here, don't you select the room when adding the new device you are swapping with or is this a different case?

Different use-case. I'm in the middle of moving a bunch of devices from one hub to another, then sharing them back to the main hub through hub mesh. I didn't test, but I don't believe that room assignments carry-over through hub mesh.
