I'm trying to change the email associated with my hub's admin account. I have created and verified my new account but when I try to swap admins on the hub, I get a "User not found" message. Even though I can log into the new account at my.hubitat.com
go to support.hubitat.com and pick account issues.

Did you follow these steps? The document primarily focuses on how to add a guest user, but it directs you to where you need to be to replace the user account on the hub.

I just tried it on one of my hubs that is registerd, but I'm not using right now. I was able to swap the user with my Hubitat account that I only use for the forum, and the hub disappeared from the list, just as expected.
I logged out of my hub admin account and logged in with the account that I swapped the hub to, and it was there in the list by itself as expected. I then swapped it back to my hub admin account and received a "No registered hubs found" message (or something to that effect). This was of course the correct message to display.
I then logged back in with my hub admin account and all 3 hubs were there again.
What do you mean you see your post? It should have generated a ticket and sent you that in email...
I still haven't gotten a response to my issue. I submitted the help form under account issues - other. I also submitted help requests under my new and old email accounts, both of which are verified accounts.
Make sure that the new accout is not also the guest on the hub. There is a known issue that some users receive the "User not found" message that we are still investigating, and having the guest on the account is one incident when that error occurs.
I have no users on the hub other than my admin account.
