Not sure that putting @support_team in the title will notify them, but putting it in the message will.

For future reference, I believe this can be accomplished by anyone in the @moderators group (which includes a few people not employed by Hubitat as support staff).

Essentially anything other than my full name LOL. I usually just use "Drea". Are you able to assist with this?
