Recently, HomeAssistant gained the ability to export its entity as Matter devices, thankfully to Matterbridge Add-on, which allow create a bridge to expose devices, just like Homebridge does.
Hubitat has an incredible capacity to export devices to HomeKit, so I don't think it's impossible to implement a Matterbridge into Hubitat, or at least create a plug-in, so we could expose it to all platforms locally.
