Sunset triggering at sunrise

I created a rule to turn a lamp on at -30 Sunset. The problem is that it turns on at Sunrise instead.

The rule was created about two days ago so it would seem there has been enough time for it to figure out when sunrise and sunset occur.

I checked my location settings and they seem fine.

This has been runing on a recent firmware version and also on the latest, which was installed last night.

What am I doing wrong?

Everything seems ok to me when I look at the rule, I would try scrapping it and creating it again and see if that solves the problem (or just delete the trigger event and redo just that part of the rule?)
