Sunricher LED RGBW secondary controllers (wall RGBW panels)

Hi,

I saw a very nice offer of RGBW wall panels to control leds by Sunricher. This one for example:
https://www.sunricher.com/touch-rgbw-z-wave-secondary-controller-sr-zv9001t-rgbw.html

Here you have more models:

So as I understand it plays as a secondary controller so I need primary controller like Fibaro RGBW Controller 2 and set them up together.

Has anyone tested them together? Do they work fine together as well as with Hubitat Elevation?

Any help, suggestions, findings would be much appreciated

I don't know about these two specifically, however I am working on this device by RGBgenie, and it joins just fine to HE.

Thanks Mike.

They look interesting. Which controller do you use as a primary RGBW controller?

Their Micro Remote also looks interesting.

Several of these devices (including this one), are already compatable and have their own drivers.
We are slowly supporting the most of the product line.

Hubitat is the primary, the device isn't joined as a secondary controller, we use it as a standard node.

@mike.maxwell

I'm looking for LED controllers, not light bulbs. I updated title to make it clear, sorry I didn't mention explicitly :slight_smile: Let's focus on Sunricher products here. Thanks anyway

Sunricher is the oem for RGBgenie, the point being the RGBgenie drivers will likely work with the Sunricher devices.
Neither of them make light bulbs...
I don't know what you mean by led controllers, are you trying to drive led strips?

Yup. The idea is that you have something like that:

which acts as primary controller and enables you to control LED RGBW strips. But operating those colors with standard wall switches is not very handy. That's why secondary controller like Sunricher so that you have better experience when changing colors manually out of your Hubitat dashboard.

We support this by using a button controller, ie the control panel, bringing those events into Hubitat, then using various apps to map the panel events to device commands.
If you want to pair the fibaro directly to the control panel (assuming it supports this) you can, but neither of these devices will be controllable or available in hubitat.

@mike.maxwell got it.

What about this one: https://rgbgenie.com/?product=rgbgenie-rgbw-remote-zigbee ?
Is it already supported by HE?

Yup. I am using it.

Thanks @aaiyar

So if I have Fibaro RGBW 2 controller, the idea is that I will map events from this RGBGenie remote to Fibaro RGBW controller events in order to control led strips, do I get it right? How does it work within Hubitat, is there any specific App to do so or just using Rule Machine?

I use the Mirror Me built-in app. Works great.

@aaiyar and what RGBW controller do you use? Fibaro one or some other?

I am directly controlling RGBW bulbs using Mirror Me.
