Suggestion: Update the Android App so the Find Hub functions work without Internet Access

Finding Hub's IP Address Without Internet

@bobbyD I creatively re-purposed my old C8 hub in my truck-topper to manage sensors and alert me if large furry creatures were coming ‘round to cuddle in bed for dinner. Given the use case, I’m often well out of cell/wifi range–so I fire up my Android phone’s hotspot and let the hub connect to it. The issue is that it uses a WIDE range of IP addresses and they change all the time (pretty much 10.x.x.x of any sort) and, currently, I haven’t figured out a way to find the IP addres…

It seems that the only way to locate the hub when it's connected to a phone hotspot in an area with no Internet service is to use a deprecated LAN scanner app or root the phone.

It would be great if the “find" function in the Android Hubitat app could be improved to function totally locally so I could find my hub on my hotspot when I don't have Internet access.

The Advanced Find function works fine WITH Internet access, but does nothing (no response) without Internet access.
