Did you by chance remove one of the devices in this Scene?
Not that I'm aware of.
I would suggest you remove that Scene and recreate it.

Side thought, would a group or scene be better? It's simply for lights to turn off per mode.
Could you explain a bit more? What triggers this?
Why not just turn off the lights directly in that rule, instead of messing with a Group or Scene?
