So my credit card that was on file is no longer in use so it could not charge for my remote admin yearly fee. Last night I changed the card and paid for what I thought was the remote admin but apparently it was hub protect.
When I go to log in remotely it says remote admin is active however does not let me log in.
Could someone from the staff please PM me so I can email them screenshots or any info they need to figure this out. I need remote admin as I control driveway gates via my phone remotely.
