Subscription renewal

So this is only my first subscription anniversary/renewal for online backup, so I don't know if this was part of the previous messaging flows, dialogues or part of the new overall subscription flow rework, but it was nice to get

  1. notification that the subscription was about to renew... with a weeks notice
  2. clear instructions and links to either change payment method or
  3. link to cancel the sub if you don't want it anymore.

I'm not a big subscriber all over the place... but it is far less common to see all three of those points in a proactive notice to the subscriber; far too many want you to set and forget.

I'm keeping the service, so nothing for me to do here... but this is a nice flow to the subscriber, well done.
