Subscribed for two devices, but only one showing active subscription

Yesterday, I decided to sign up for Hub Protect for two devices, One is the C8 Pro which was the first device I registered. I went to register a C7 as a second device. I see that I was charged $29 for the first device and $19 for the second, which is correct. However, when I go to view my subscriptions, only the C8 Pro is showing as subscribed to Hub Protect.

I emailed and am waiting to hear from Hubitat support. Looking at the older messages, this looks to be a problem that has not been fully fixed. Maybe it works for most, but I am not happy with the current situation.

I just deregistered the C5 hub that I had been using. There are only two devices on my account now. The C8 Pro is one and the C7 is the other. That should eliminate any confusion as to whether the C7 or the C5 was the second device.

The problem is fixed and both hubs now show that they have Hub Protect active.
