Just noticed this in the log. These are battery devices so no way they are sending the information on their own.
Also happened on a GE switch zwave plus too.
Are you issuing refresh commands through RM? This is similar to what I was seeing when I was doing that.
No, I do not have any rules that refresh anymore. Learned that lesson already 
What's strange is that everything was reporting normally UNTIL I open zwave exclusion. I was trying to fix the DOME motion sensor not reporting motion issue.
