Strange IKEA shade behavior

So I’m laying in bed last night and the IKEA shades in that room opened without me commanding them open. I get into the log and events and don’t see anything odd, but I don’t know what I am looking at. So I roll over and start to fall asleep and the shade opens again. Then it closes. It was storming last night so I expected to see skeletons in the swimming pool and stacked chairs in the kitchen.

I have a Tuya button on the side of a bookcase and the bedpost was touching it.

(I know you're just trying to share a funny story, but...)

You should have seen some automation sending a command. This would be the Events page for the device that was acted upon (so the blinds in your case) but looking specifically for commands rather than events (see that doc for more, but the command would say what told it to do something, and the events just say what it thinks happened -- the latter generally being boring if you already know that). The app sending the command should be noted as automation the button would have also been involved with, though you wouldn't see anything about the button itself on this particular page.

Glad you got it figured out, though!
