@bobbyd I sent an email to support to get a C-7 hub replaced. In the meantime, I have a spare C7 that I would like to use to swap this one out so I don't have to wait for the replacement process. Do you have any step by step instructions to perform the swap? Also If anybody else in the community has the process, I would appreciate it.
Did you have Hub Protect? If so you can download and restore from the cloud. If not, grab your last backup off that hub and put it on the new hub. You will have to manually exclude/factory reset each z-wave device and re pair. For zigbee simply factory reset, initiate pairing, and it will slot back into it's old place.
