It looks like in the Hubitat C-8 that the network configuration fields are incorrect. There is no valid subnet mask of 255.255.252.0 for a /22, it only lists 255.255.254 /22 which is not correct. If you attempt to select that /22 line, it selects the 255.255.254 /23 line.
I am running the current beta version and it looks like this is already fixed
