Spinning wheel on notifications tab in App

I have a C7 hub that worked properly with the old Hub app. The new app on my android phone just gives me a spinning wheel when I click on notifications. I actually GET notifications- i can see them in my notifications on my home screen. But when I try and see them in the app- spinning wheel of death. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no joy.

I am getting the same issue. Old app always worked fine, I get and can see the notifications on my home screen but can't click on them as well as I get the spinning wheel in the app. I have reinstalled but not created a new phone device yet.

Added a new device and that didn't work either. Same results, I still get notifications but can't see them in the app. The right mobile device shows up in the settings tab and everything else is working fine.

Looks like I get this error on my hub whenever I click on the screen. You can confirm in your live log screen as well.

Received cloud request for App 2 that does not exist, path: /mobile/******/mobile-app-events from cloud

I checked the ID and it matches my mobile "Device Network ID"

Any thoughts here? I am going to try upgrading my hub next to the latest version.

Sweet, looks like a hub upgraded fixed my issue. You may want to give it a try as well.

OK, I may need to try that. I'm always leery of upgrading my hub when everything else is working fine on it. Seems like it tends to create a new gremlin when I do.
