Sonos devices doubling up in 'Devices' & 'Sonos Integration'

Hi, wanting some help on why (& how to stop) my Sonos devices are doubling up (& sometimes triple) in 'Devices' & 'Sonos Integration'

Some have the same "Device Network ID" some don't although I suspect the ones that don't are my 2 surround sound speakers

Yes I've been continually finding that?? It's bizarre. I'm setting static IP address's for each Sonos speaker, however I've come across a problem with the ones connected via wifi, I can't find their MAC address's, There not showing on the Sagemcom modem

Hi all, that has fixed the problem. The MAC address for the Sonos Speakers is on the back of them if you can't see it in your router. Google how to find it, & how to interpret it.

What fixed the problem? I occasionally get one of my speakers/connect devices dropped.

I've breen trying to remember, I think it must have been this -
"In the actual Device list in HE, there is a Device No. (I think that's what it's named) which looks like it must be a serial number it has obtained from the Sonos Speaker. It also notes the type of speaker, which in most cases isn't correct as it is actually linking to another speaker.

I'm not sure if the device number is actually the Sonos speaker it is sending the speech alert to or not as I can't find in the actual Sonos app on my phone or the app on my Windows notebook where to see this.

I'll reserve the IP address's in a couple of hours when I get home from work & advise if it solves the problem."
