Does this device have terminals where I can connect leads to put into a hot tub?
No, at least not officially (no idea if anyone has tried to open it up and see what's possible).
If you search "pool temperature" on this forum, you will find a few folks that have attempted similar endeavors. I do not have any firsthand knowledge in order to offer specific guidance.
