Sonoff smart switch Mini

I when I power on the switch I can see the green light blinking but the Zigbee intergartion never seems to find it. Am I doing something wrong

Turn on zigbee pairing on your Hubitat. Then press the manual switch for 5-10 seconds until the LED flashes and then release.

Ok, I got it paired but only dragging my hub Down the hallway on a 30 foot Cat 5 cable. As soon as I move it back to the family room it won’t work any more, sound like I need a Zigbee extender to push the zigbee single across to he house and into the garage. Any suggestions.

Those sonoff devices are repeaters, so just automate a few more switches along the way...

Almost any zigbee smart plug would also be a good way to reinforce/extend your mesh. Sonoff, sengled, or ikea are good options.

Ok so I ordered to Sonoff Iplug (s40ZBTPB lite), if I go to add the device by searching for Sonoff plug/outlet it is searching for S31 Lite Zigbee Smart Plug US, and won’t find the plug. So i had to add it Manually, when the hub finds it I had to tell it what kind of a device it is but Sonoff plug/out isn’t an option so I had to use Generic zigbee plug, I turned on Mesh hub, are there drivers for the S40ZBTPB that I am missing somewhere

Can you control it from the device settings page? Just simple on-off commands? The compatible devices page lists the generic zigbee plug as the correct driver, so you've got that part correct. But you want to turn off the Hub Mesh setting. This is only used if you have more than one Hubitat and you want to share devices between them.

Ok, but using the generic drivers, do it still work as a zigbee repeater?

Yes.
