Having an issue here with with a Aqara valve controller T1. It was difficult to pair and when it finally did, this is what it came up as. Shouldn't there be an On or Off selection somewhere? I tried pairing it as a generic zigbee switch as I read others had done but this is what I am coming up with. I tried deleting it and reinstalling as a Aqara device but it comes up the same. Any ideas or suggestions?
Try setting your driver to what driver everyone else is using. Then hit save. Then rejoin/reconnect the valve to HE without deleting. Leave it in the system. Put the system in pairing mode. The device in pairing mode. Let it join again without deleting it. This may force the driver change as it reconnects. The device will fall right back into the name and position it is now.
How do you change the driver? In the past, there was a drop down menu where you could pick from. I don't see that anymore.
Click on the "Device Info" tab that is seen in your screenshot of the device page.

As @aaiyar said click on the Device Tab. Then the drop down field you are looking for is Type. This is still the same as before.

Thanks All! The fix was being able to manually set the "Type" to Generic Zigbee Switch. I appreciate you guys jumping in with the help. Working good now.
