I got the Ikea Rodret dimmer today and paired it with my Hubitat. I've updated my hubitat to the latest software version (2.4.0.151) and also got the Ikea community drivers from dandanache (via HPM). I've also setup Button Controller to trigger zigbee actions for a different zigbee LED controller.
But pressing buttons on the Rodret dimmer doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've attached my device info page below. When I digitally push buttons 1 and 2, the right actions from the button controller are triggered, but the physical rodret device isn't doing anything. What am I doing wrong? Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
It isn't clear to me if you have included the dimmer (not the button) to Hubitat. If so, what driver (Type) did it pair with, or did you change the driver after pairing?
Does the dimmer work from the test functions (on, off dim) from the device page?
The dimmer is a Tuya dimmer and I'm using the "Advanced Zigbee Bulb" for it. I'm able to control the LED strip via hubitat (on/off/dim).
But it doesn't even get that far. When I press the Rodret physical buttons I'm expecting to see events and state changes (on the Rodret device page) but I see nothing.
Also note that if I digitally "push" button 1 on the Rodret device page my LED strip does turn on (via the Tuya LED controller). I have no idea if the physical button for On is 1 or some other number.
Most likely cause is that the device dropped off the network. Try to re-pair it (don't remove it from Hubitat) while keeping it really close (5cm) to the hub.

Thank you, Dan. Re-pairing (without removing from hubitat) did the trick. Pretty amazing to have $9 zigbee switches that take AAA batteries.
