[SOLVED] Support Tickets

It has been brought to our attention that some emails coming from personal domains are not getting through our ticketing service. We are currently investigating. This is the second time this has been reported.

If you happen to send us an email at support@hubitat.com and you do not receive an automated response confirming that your ticket was received and a ticket number was assigned, please first check your "spam" and then reach out to us in the community.

I will update this thread when this issue is resolved.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused and we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue quickly.

I am happy to announce that after working with our help desk service provider we have identified the root cause and took corrective action to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.
