Hello,
I factory reset 2 of my 3 hubs, now when I go to the portal they show up with the correct ip address but the page will not load, I tried the ip:8081 and they load up but I factory reset them so no firmware is available.
I believe something must be reseted on HE cloud for registration, please help.
I sent email yesterday to support but no answer yet.
The idea now is I will use one hub for z-wave locks and zigbee xiaomi/ikea devices only, the other one will be a spare for future use/backup.
