Once you've added a "Switch to disable Rule" and click Done, there's no way back.
You cannot remove that Switch. It would be great to have "No Selection" as an option.
Otherwise we have no choice than to redo the rule all over 
Can't you just click on the option then deselect the switch?

Bobbles is correct, just open the selection drop-down and select the same switch to disable it.
