C8 Pro. I've just switched to Z Wave JS. I was expecting to see an option to update the Z Wave firmware in the Z Wave details page but I don't see it. What is the latest version and how do I update mine without that button showing?
I don't think Legacy can be updated at this time. There was an update at some point, but it bricked some hubs, so it was pulled. I believe the endpoint is still there, and some users have found that, but I would suggest caution in using it.

Ah ok - I've misunderstood. Yes mine is showing as you've screenshot. I thought that initially the Z Wave chip update was available to all, but then it got restricted to C8 Pro. So I guess some of us will always be on the old 7.18? I thought it was the 7.23 update that was the issue not the 7.22.
I can't remember which of those 7.22/7.23 was causing issues, but I am fairly confident that 7.18 is considered current, even on the pro hubs.
There were issues with 7.22 and 7.23 bricking some hubs or z-wave radios. So those versions of the Z-Wave firmware were pulled by Hubitat.
So while there are some hubs with newer versions of the SDK - like examples shown by @csteele and @wiegout, the majority of hubs remain on 7.18. It should be noted that the Z-Wave firmware is updated independent of the version of ZWaveJS (or Z/IP - should it ever be updated).
At some point of time, the hope is that Silicon Labs will release a brick-proof version of the Z-Wave firmware, and when that happens, Hubitat will make it an optional update.

I shouldn't have bothered and will likely have to switch back as Fibaro devices not supported (community drivers not working and no system equivalent)
For some it may be faster or more reliable than Zip...a YMMV situation. There have been a number of updates to Z-WaveJS that have made it my daily driver for some months now.
Nice thing is you can switch back to ZipGateway version if you want to after trying Z-waveJS.
In general at this point the "if it ain't broke" approach is probably enough to decide. Z-WaveJS is the future path for Hubitat, but they have said they are still maintaining support for ZipGateway as well. I have no idea if/when they might be forced to abandon ZipGateway support in the future, but there hasn't been any talk of that that I remember.
Well it seems to be a complete mess if you’re a Fibaro user. The issue seems to be that many devices in the range don’t have an official Hubitat driver to start with, so while on Zip it works, move to JS that’s a different matter as I’m reliant on AI to modify code.
I appreciate that Hubitat still support Zip, but if Silabs don’t, I’d rather not be using it and that’s one reason why I upgraded to a C8 Pro, to move to JS. JS has been available for some time now on Hubitat so I hoped it would be usable for all. I’ll leave it that and rant in the lounge at some point
Only for the US the Zwave version is newer than 7.18.3. Rest of us is still waiting for anything newer. It seems it should come 'any time now'.
I'm using Zwave is at the latest version as noted in posts above.
I have a Fibaro Double Smart FGS-224 using a 'user' driver working perfectly well. No issues.
I thought I would have a quick check after posting and well, knock me down with a kipper, it's not working. Great spot.
