[SOLVED] Hard Reset?

Hi there. I want to reset my hub... again. I have already done this a few times during my slow migration off of ST. I did the soft reset today and it is not wiping devices off the hub. I'm seeing a lot of noise in the getChildAndRouteInfo table and I would like to get all of that gone so I can start over.

Wasn't there a hard reset? I thought there was... and it wiped everything clean as I recall. Am I missing something?

If you want to reset your hub without losing your registration of it you can do the following.

  1. Complete a soft reset.
  2. Settings -> zigbee -> reset. (This will 'factory' reset the zigbee radio).
  3. Settings -> z wave -> reset. (This will 'factory' reset the z-wave radio).

You will now have a clean hub without the full factory reset.

As @bobbles has mentioned, it is simple to reset the radios. Here is the Zigbee page.

That worked beautifully... thank you very much  Now I'm going to try for setup number 4. This has been an interesting ride so far.
